Pricing applies to one residential split-system or heat-pump system. Annual plans are paid in advance. Monthly plans require a 12-month agreement and automatic payment.

COOLING-SEASON VISIT

• Thermostat operation and filter inspection
• Electrical connections; capacitor and contactor checks
• Operating amperage and temperature split
• Condensate drain inspection
• Accessible indoor and outdoor coil condition
• Refrigerant indicators when warranted
• Visual airflow and duct review

HEATING-SEASON VISIT

• Thermostat, filter, electrical connections, and temperature rise
• Blower and motor inspection
• Accessible heat-exchanger visual inspection
• Ignition, flame, gas pressure, and combustion checks as applicable

• Heat-pump defrost and auxiliary heat checks

Program terms

• Maintenance visits are preventive inspections and cleaning within the listed scope; they are not unlimited repair coverage.
• Filters, chemicals, parts, deep coil cleaning, blower-wheel removal, and corrective work are additional unless specifically included.
• Repair discounts are subject to the per-job caps shown above and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Membership benefits are non-transferable.
• Replacement credits require continuous enrollment, apply only to a complete qualifying system installed by PMS, and cannot exceed the stated maximum.
• Priority and same-day response benefits are service goals subject to weather, safety, staffing, parts availability, and service-area capacity.
• Plan pricing and terms are reviewed annually. Taxes, if applicable, are additional.
